Group B

My Comprehensive Style Guide to the 2010 World Cup Uniforms (cont.)

Almost done team!

Argentina

Argentina has the same problem as Brazil: it is one of the most recognizable shirts in the world, so it's hard to reinvent it's design. Kudos to Adidas for coming up with a great away shirt though (though, again, kinda-sort-similar to Brazil's Nike shirt, colour wise). I really like the blue on blue. (Dear Maradona, I hear stripes are very slimming. Love always, Sonja).

Nigeria

Adidas is boring again. I can't find the away shirt, but I assume that that's boring too.

South Korea

The South Korea home shirt is pretty bad ass with the tiger markings, which does not quite translate to their white away shirt. But, seriously, can someone please tell me what's up with the Nike sleeves?!

Greece

For absolutely no reason what so ever, Greece's shirts remind me of Chelsea's 09-10 kit. That means, I like 'em. The wavy design kind of threw me off at first, but after staring at if for a while (and refreshing my screen for new Paninis), I have come to really like it. And their away blue is also really nice. Well played Adidas.

One Group to go! I can hardly stand it!

Hopp,
scm.
